Super Sitters

LYF About us

The LYF Super Sitter course, held at the LOW Community Center, prepares 11 to 14 year olds the proper responsibilities of babysitting. Students take lessons in safety, first aid, CPR and discipline. They learn how to handle babies with confidence and learn fun activities that young children will enjoy. At the end of the course, students receive a certificate and a Super Sitters tote bag.

The next Supper Sitters course will be held on August 17 and 18, 2017.

"Mini" Drama Camp

LYF About us

The Lake Youth Foundation, in partnership with the LOW Players, provides a full day drama experience at the LOW Community Center.  Children ages 8 to 17 are invited to receive a taste of everything from acting, costumes and make-up to full stage production. Participation in singing and dancing is strictly voluntary.  At the end of the session, parents and guests are invited to attend a special performance by the "mini" drama camp students.
